The Ryedale Festival Trust Ltd is a Company limited by Guarantee, with its registered office at The Memorial Hall, Potter Hill, Pickering, North Yorkshire Y018 8AA.

Early booking is advised – many of our events sell out quickly.

The Festival reserves the right to change artists and programmes without prior notice.

Many festival venues are not designed as concert halls so some seats may have a restricted view.

Doors will open approximately 30 minutes before a performance begins.

You must present a valid ticket when entering an event.

If you are disabled, or have special access requirements, please visit our Accessibility page or contact the Box Office in advance so we can advise you.

Tickets can only be refunded when a concert is sold out and your ticket is re-sold through the box office. Any refunds will be paid less a £5 administration charge. In some circumstances, it may be possible to exchange your ticket for another performance – please contact the Box Office for details.

Performances may be filmed or recorded for broadcast. By purchasing tickets, you consent to this for you and any member of your party, without payment or copyright.

When specific seats are allocated to you, the event management reserves the right to change these seats to similar seats of equal value. In this event, we will offer you a full refund, if requested.

Smoking is prohibited in all of our festival venues. This includes the use of E-cigarettes and personal vaporisers.

Please arrive in plenty of time for your event. It is not always possible to admit latecomers once the event has started. If a suitable break, or interval occurs it may be possible to allow access, however the management reserves the right to refuse admission in their absolute discretion.

The Ryedale Festival cannot take responsibility for any unsupervised children attending its events.

Priority booking and discounts for Benefactors, Patrons, Members and Friends usually apply to summer festival tickets only.

Please contact us if you have lost any items at a Ryedale Festival event. Any item found will be kept for a period of one month. after which it will be disposed of.

We welcome all feedback on how we can improve and aim to resolve any complaint as quickly as possible. If you have a complaint, please email contact@ryedalefestival.com.

All intellectual property rights relating to this website belong to the Ryedale Festival. You access this website at your own risk and no material may be commercially exploited in any way, without our prior written permission.

These Terms are governed by English law and any disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts and, by using this Site, you hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such courts for such purposes and waive any and all objections to jurisdiction or venue in such courts. If any court finds any provision of these terms to be void or unenforceable for any reason, then such provision shall be ineffective to the extent of the courts finding without affecting the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
